Great staff-used them for the first time about 3 years ago! Always had gone to one of the places that did your glasses in an hour. There is a huge difference. Yes, they are more expensive but I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for and ever so much now that I have been to a real eye glass clinic. Never one minutes trouble with my glasses-exam or service from Heffingtons. This was my second visit and I had a hard time picking frames. Completely disappointed with the service they provided. We had them run our insurance and give us a quote on frames. Come to find out there was a 400% mark up on the frames. After being shocked at the price, my husband and I looked around for the same frames. They wanted to charge us $349 , where other stores and online (major name brand eye companies) charged anywhere from $85-$182 for the exact same thing. I would strongly recommend Heffington’s for an outstanding eye exam as well as having a excellent selection of frames. The owners & staff are well educated & enthusiastic about their craft.
