Mark was very timely in responding to emails, and was thorough in explaining lens options and pricing. The entire staff was friendly, professional and helpful. A good family business where I want to take my business.
My wife and I have never been here before but Dr. Scott Schneid is a great guy and takes the time to explain what's going on in the course of the exam and takes time to answer any questions we had. Mark was amazing also! He helped my wife and me pick out our glasses and even suggested something that would help her while working. We will definitely be coming here from now on and recommend others come here!!
Once again Mark and Heather hit the ball out of the park. I picked up my prescription Ray-Ban sunglasses and a pair of computer glasses. Who knew!? Mark Heffington, that’s who. Glasses just for working at my computer, no more headaches. Woo hoo!

They have handled themselves as true professionals. I bought 2 pair of glasses, and both needed adjustments to perfect them. They could have blown me off like my previous provider, but they did not. Both were sent back and corrected and all this was done with Grace and ease. Thanks Mark and Heather, I am a happy camper!
