Very poor service for elderly! No operators to answer the call. No appointment at wood farm. Not sure what’s the point of this surgery if all appointments are given at Bury Knowle ??!! Whole point of surgery closer to home is convenience for elderly patient who are not mobile. Elderly don’t have access to internet or knowledge how to use internet so can’t use online service !

What a joke get signed up at this surgery to be closer to where I live only then get told there combining with burryknowle and my appointments will be up there then within 6 months to keep getting passed to different gp I wanna c a go that knows me and knows my history not get to know a go and then get passed to the next one to anyone looking to register with hedena health i wouldn't bother
