I've just completed my house sale and was delighted by how easy and straightforward it was. I was kept informed throughout the process, front of house staff were really helpful, and all my queries were answered in a straightforward way. Having gone through a divorce and the execution of my mother's estate recently, I have come to appreciate the importance of a good solicitor, and how frustrating it is if that trust and communication is lacking. Heckford Norton are superb and I highly recommend them.
I would recommend however I did have a few small problems with communication and slowness. Although it was dealt with and the lead person on my account was changed, the process then was completed quickly. I would recommend Leanne as she was very friendly, kind and helpful.
Anushika Weeraseena handled grant of probate for my family and was incredibly responsive. Matters were dealt with swiftly and professionally - we could not have been more impressed with the manner in which progress was managed.
Very fast, professional and efficient service. Easy contact and communication. Recommended.
