Unfortunately I found Heckford & Norton very unhelpful. I needed a small piece of information regarding a Deed of Variation that they undertook for me (& charged handsomely for) but they refused to help me - insisting that I come in & would be charging £300 per hour. Amazing service by Cerise (Letchworth Branch). Cerise helped me in producing a Pre-Auction Pack for a property I had fully intended to bid on.
