Amazing service by Cerise (Letchworth Branch). Cerise helped me in producing a Pre-Auction Pack for a property I had fully intended to bid on. Quite a few minor admin problems (typos in recording telephone numbers leading to missed calls, incorrect paperwork sent) but cleared up on a face to face appointment. I think they might just be a bit overworked...
