Really good service, multiple staff came on different occasions all of them were really helpful, very tidy and efficient
Rich and Reece solved our boiler problem, both of them were great and made sure we had running hot water before they left. Did take a while for heatshield themselves to resolve the issue, and I did have to ring twice to try and get things moving as I’d heard nothing which delayed the process of us getting hot water back. This is by no means reece and rich’s fault, they did a fantastic job and were super polite, easy to talk to and provided a great service. Five star review simply for them pair.

My shower pump was broken and just needed replacing. They quoted £700 without VAT including parts, so roughly £840 total. I decided then to replace the pump myself, bought a new equivalent pump for £160, which took me and friends less than an hour to install. Four new radiators fitters all good, the plummer hit some snags explained to me and sorted out! Wish the original radiators had been fitted by them ! Had a issue the next ,sort promptly and kindly. Can recommend, which I'm not always quick to do !!
