Great team - went with a shoulder issues and it was largely resolved after just one hands-on session. The team provide a detailed plan to rehab the shoulder and I’m now able to train again as normal! 10/10!
I want to be fair and honest in my feedback. The physiotherapists at Physiofit are excellent – knowledgeable, professional, and clearly very good at what they do. However, I do feel it’s important to raise an issue around punctuality. Across three visits so far, each appointment has started at least 15 minutes late. I always make the effort to arrive 10 minutes early, which means I’ve regularly spent over 25 minutes waiting. I went to jack after injuring my self playing walking football . He assessed my injury and provided me with an exercise plan ( I had had the problem for a few months with no improvement) . Jack was very helpful and understood the importance of my walking football sessions to me and at the age of 70 , it was very important to me to be able to continue .
