Dire. Never showed up, didn't have a clue where he was, and firm were entirely obnoxious and rude when I phoned up. I missed GP appointment as a result and no apology from any party, just more obnoxiousness. This transpires to be actually Lynx Taxis in Levenshulme, who are dreadful, so advertising under different name without transparency. If you get lost in your own vicinity, a few streets from your own office, no chance you can be relied on.
