Was advised to take my daughter to a&e today, had a call from the doctors a few hours later to ask how we were getting on and if she is okay, not sure whether it was reception or a doctor who rang but it was so nice of them to check up on us, thank you!

HMMG is really bad. On the most part they do not listen to you. The number of times I've been told to stop, its 1 problem per appointment, we have others to see. sorry, but as a full time working single parent, I dont have the luxury of making appointments all the time. At that time, I had actually requested a double appointment for 20mins air time with the doctor! I receive phone from Dr D Fry this afternoon I asking about advice which covid vaccine will be good for me because I been in hospital with the heart and I have higher blood cloth and Dr D Fry don't care about it and say take what they give you. This is not professional answer. And he was not nice on the phone. Consistently excellent service from doctors, nurses, receptionists and IT support. Their listening skills, clinical competence and ability to involve me as a patient with complex needs are outstanding.
