We were so pleased with the service we got! Every question we had, every email we sent was answered in such a nice and accommodating manner... And when we got to the clinic itself (a beautiful place) we were welcomed with a lovely smile by Bruno who treated our cat Yulia (and us) so kindly. And the best thing was - we got the authorisation for our cat to fly with us on the same day! Absolutely recommend! Such great service!
