If I could I would rate 0! Worst customer service at this place. Kindly advised them that giving full description of car is good so that the customer knows everything about the car before making the journey. Owner was showing attitude and being rude. Don’t come here if you want a pleasant transaction.
Called about a car. Advised to leave a holding deposit as I was coming the following weekend. When I came down the car was clean and presentable. They had the car polished and done a mini valet ready for me prior to my collection. I paid the rest and they even helped me tax and insure my car. Top service. Couldn’t recommend enough.
Absolutely awful company. Do not trust. Still waiting for a 'fully refundable deposit' after a month and several phone calls and messages. Now going to small claims court and Trading Standards.
