I bought a gorgeous blue BMW 3 Series from Heath Lodge Sales at the start of April and couldnt fault any part of the sale. Julie was extremely helpful, professional and such a lovely woman, the car was spotless inside and out and drives a dream. Called to view the vehicle and left with it the same day! I am still absolutely in love with the car now! Thankyou so much julie & co on behalf of me & my grandad for the 5 star experience start to finish :) x
Worst trade seller ever. I enquired about a BMW 3 series M sport on Sunday and paid an admin fee of £100 to secure first look on the vehicle on Monday at 7.30pm which their "Admin Team" confirmed. At 3pm on the Monday, I had a look at the listing and it was shown as 'sold.' I called up the dealership, they blanked my call 3 times. The admin team called me back and told me 'there's an issue with the finance' which was a complete lie as I had done a car vertical check which showed no outstanding finance on the vehicle. Went to view a Mercedes GLE and decided to purchase the car its absolutely gorgeous😍 l am over the moon I would give10 star's if I could ⭐️ .
