I bought a gorgeous blue BMW 3 Series from Heath Lodge Sales at the start of April and couldnt fault any part of the sale. Julie was extremely helpful, professional and such a lovely woman, the car was spotless inside and out and drives a dream. Called to view the vehicle and left with it the same day! Worst trade seller ever. I enquired about a BMW 3 series M sport on Sunday and paid an admin fee of £100 to secure first look on the vehicle on Monday at 7.30pm which their "Admin Team" confirmed. At 3pm on the Monday, I had a look at the listing and it was shown as 'sold.' I called up the dealership, they blanked my call 3 times. The admin team called me back and told me 'there's an issue with the finance' which was a complete lie as I had done a car vertical check which showed no outstanding finance on the vehicle. Went to view a Mercedes GLE and decided to purchase the car its absolutely gorgeous😍 l am over the moon I would give10 star's if I could ⭐️ . I had been looking for some time for a Mercedes GLE and stumbled for one advertised here. I rang Julie who arranged an appointment to view it the same day, added bonus for us as we live 45 minutes away was the car was ready to drive away if we brought our vehicle and necessary documents to part exchange.
