I’m giving two stars. Not because of the face to face service at this clinic as it was very good. But because of the amount of time I wasted waiting for the go ahead to have the scan, even though my referral form was sent in same day as received. But the most disappointing aspect of my care here is the ridiculously long wait for the mri report/result. This is a private clinic. This should not take 7-10 working days for a radiologist to read and send a report. I expect it from an nhs referral. But certainly not from a private... read more

Excellent service and quality of care from Heath Lodge Clinic. Recently had a scan and the experience was smooth and reassuring throughout. Professional staff and comfortable and clean surroundings. Results were provided quickly and efficiently.

I have been using the services at Heath lodge Clinic for several years, both from a personal and professional perspective. My son is a cross country runner and was referred for an MRI scan by his podiatrist due to heel pain. The appointment was made on the same day, with no delay and the booking process was simple, professional and efficient. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable and as a 15 year old that had never had a scan before, my son was put at ease by the radiographers. The results and report were sent out extremely quickly and gave us a really clear picture of the condition he was suffering with. I would highly recommend.
