I went to a coffee morning and was struck by the warm welcoming atmosphere of the home. The residents I spoke to seemed to obviously enjoy living there and were happy to say so. I would recommend anyone in search of a good care home in norfolk to visit this establishment.
Heath Lodge is in a lovely quiet setting, and is beautifully decorated throughout. The rooms looked cosy and homely, and the dining area looked like a restaurant! The staff are friendly and approachable and the residents looked very happy.
This is one of the most amazing care homes I have visited. It is beautifully decorated and designed for all to enjoy the residents and the visitors. The care I have witnessed is impeccable and I have always left feeling they are doing a great job. Would definitely recommend the staff are amazing too.
