Recently sold a flat through Heath Estates. From start to finish I was happy with how they handled the process. Sue liaised well and effectively with both parties and respective solicitors. No hesitation in recommending.
Bad agency,don't recommend,covering and helping landlords getting your deposit money even if all the renting periods you don't deal with them,they pass you to the landlords.I would say after my experience with them to AVOID!!
