Beware of an organisation that preys on the elderly and has no customer service. Notified them of the death of my uncle but not interested in responding nor cancelling his policy, so have continued to claim direct debits for as long as they possibly can.

Cold called my 87 year old mother despite her being on the telephone preference service. Despite numerous attempts to try and cancel what she had agreed to mistakenly (she already had boiler cover), never got calls back despite being assured by customer service someone would or responses to the e mails sent. Shocking customer service.

Engineer phoned when he was on his way. He arrived ahead of time I was given. He looked at problem I had, soon found the cause and fixed the problem, replaced the part needed. Very pleased with the work.

We had a new boiler put in and we’re very pleased with the result. The engineerwas very helpful and friendly. We’re glad to have a new boiler before the winter comes.
