The drivers at this firm are ignorant and disrespectful. They also drive dangerously and are a poor reflection of the company they work for. I would not do business with people that operate that way. Came to Heartlands as a third party as a panel on my bed had broken and I couldn't get in touch with the company I bought the bed from. Whilst they weren't able to send a new panel, they instead picked it up and repaired it! Excellent customer service, thank you very much!
