RecommendedFriendly,helpful staff. Rather they were in scrubs or a suit everyone acknowledged you. Miss that, was very nice experience.
Been to the ER numerous times and admitted three times. My parents were there many times, too. Never once had a bad experience. Professionalism and compassion is what we experienced.

Was in ER with chest pain. Had a stress test and heart Cath. Had a blockage. Dr. Mwansa's team put in a stent. ER gets a 10 everyone was so helpful. Dr. Mwansa and his team gets 10 would not go to anyone else. They are all great. ICU gets a 10 they are so caring. The worse part was the food service. They get a 1. They bring you what they want when they want and it's awful.
Horrible place. My granddaughter just had her baby there. They left her lying in her own vomit after she got sick during labor. Now they are on a power trip and decided that since she's young, they are going to hold her for days and not let her go home with her baby. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL.
Having a baby there is amazing getting xray or labs takes ten years. My kids pediatrician sends us here for swabs labs xrays etc and I wait at least 30 minutes to register then an hour before getting the actual tests it's ridiculous. Half the people working at the desks have to make 3+ phone calls before even knowing what to do to help you
