The spinal surgeon Dr Bhandarkar refused to help patients if they choose to use medical cannabis over opioids even when there is serious need for surgery.
We had to make a trip to the ER a few days ago and everyone was very friendly, attentive and quick to help with what we needed!
parking lot getting worked on had to walk so far I think I reinjured my knee
LISTEN to their patients and not ASSUME that everyone that walks in the door is an opiod addict!!!!
I just want to give a big thanks to Heartland Regional Medical Center. On May 24th 2018 my father had a heart attack and was lucky to have made it alive. One week later I found out I was pregnant with his first grandson. I especially want to thank Dr Victor Mwansa for performing his stint surgery that saved his life so he could be there for the birth of his grandson. A message on Facebook could never repay what you all have done for my family. Thank you so so so much Heartland Regional and especially Dr Victor Mwansa.
You guys are an absolute JOKE! I will take this complaint further up the ladder!
As I sit here this morning listening to Bob breathe, I can’t help but think how blessed we’ve been here at Heartland. The care we’ve all received, not only Bob, has been astronomical. The nurses in the ICU are so proficient and caring. They develop such a caring relationship with not only their patients but their families. I can never thank them enough. Stevie, Zack, DeeEllen, Mike, Tyler, and Duane, you are truly angels in scrubs and I love you all.
Recently had a miscarriage & the er made me wait 45 minutes in the waiting room. After I stated many times that I was having one. They also couldn’t give me a time when a “private room” would be clean/open. The receptionist was very rude. & so was the director when I told him about my experience. Talked to my OB at heartland women’s health & said you guys should of took me straight to the Ob floor. So after 45 minutes of just waiting I had to drive myself to Carbondale hospital where they got me in as soon as I told them my ... read more
