The icu unit was the best I've seen ,they took very good care of me
Thanks to the OB unit for not filling out my daughter's birth certificate information properly. I got a paper for me to fill out because the hospital omitted information on my daughter's VAP forms. Thanks just what I need is one more thing to worry about while having a newborn that should have been taken care of by hospital staff.
Took my daughter in because she was sick. Doctor on duty told us he was going to get her nausea meds and didn't tell anyone to get them for her. One nurse decided to ignore me when I informed her, she never came back. Around 2am I went to the desk only to find out she had been discharged, the nurse at the window couldn't find the papers, only to tell me the nurse that was socializing in another room had them. She then asked me if the doctor had been back in to discuss the discharged papers, and NO he had not. They are a joke... read more
They are always so friendly! This was my 3rd delivery here and they always go above and beyond to make sure you and your family get the care that you need.
My granddaughter was born there on the 22nd. Everyone was nice. I would suggest putting a note on the door stating no children under a certain age can not enter. My niece's who has a 7 month old was told rudely that he couldn't come in. That's fine and we understand, but prior notification could be posted.
For families in ICU their waiting room is not equipped with anything to sleep over. They have two chairs that half way recline. New seating is a must for this waiting room.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The nurses have been nothing but rude. The doctor was a complete jerk, and I was told they wanted me to pick up my mother in law ASAP so she didn't have to wait because they refused to keep her another night, but here we are... 2 hours later in her room being completely ignored. I've pressed her call button 3 times in the last hour and they don't respond. A patient was across the hallway yelling help for 30 minutes and they just kept walking past talking to each other. I was treated well with quicker than expected response time for follow up care.
