I went with my son to be seen at 2:30 am due to his cough being to the point of him hacking stuff up at the age of six months. Dr. Furry seen us, when he came into the room he looked at my son and said "I don't see him coughing?" Ummm okay... What is he suppose to cough on demand. I was so pissed off and the fact he assumed I had a medical card. I feel like he thought we were waiting his precious time. Yes I love being in the ER in the middle of the night with my sick baby. I went in at 10 weeks pregnant due to minor bleeding and literally sat in a room for over 2 hours with nobody even checking on me, to be told there is nothing they can do!!!! Wouldnt even check hcg levels or do ultrasound because doctor said it was "pointless"..paid $100 and wasted 2.5hours to get ZERO information!!! Was not pleased with doctors or nurse..not extra friendly AT ALL.i must brag on admitting/receptionist those girls were great! So glad I chose Heartland Regional to deliver my baby! Nurses & staff were exceptional every step of the way. My husband & I are very pleased!

The staff took very good care of my daughter-in-law. The staff was kind and attended to her needs promptly. She said it was the best care she has received since she delivered her babies.
This place is a disaster...brought aunt in at 1215 for 1315 same day surgery....she didn't get her operation until 1830.....rhen I couldn't get any answers just shrugged shoulders....when I asked to speak to person in charge that's when I got the colossal run around.....finally got to speak to Dr. Young afterwards....asked for explanation and he just told me he doesn't do the scheduling....more passing the buck....stay away from this place if you can.
The worst place to go I was told to go by primary dr for back pain and these idiots done nothing not a damn thing even though primary said its their job to do pain control they failed horribly got nothing for pain
