They make a $9,000 mistake to my credit report, that could have been prevented with multiple calls and email. My insurance called them 9-11 times for the bill and emailed and so on. They didn’t respond to get payment but send it to a collection and make my credit report go down 40 plus points to my credit report. Thanks heartland Proof listed below

My mom was sent through the Heartland ER on Monday, then admitted to the third floor. He condition upon entry was somewhat dire. The Dr. she was given, (I wish I knew her name), chose excellent treatment for my mom & completely turns her duty around. I am so very thankful for her. She took the time out of her busy schedule to sit down & explain my mom’s condition & answer any questions I had. She also called in a Cardiologist, who came at once. LIARS AND THIEVES! Procedure done 12 months ago, told I've met everything with Insurance and won't owe. 11 months later $800 bill and already sent to collections. Husband had procedure done in March, told it would be almost $900. We paid it since we got our refund and guess what we get just a few months later, a bill for another $800 when he had LESS procedure done. He had a monitor in September and same thing. Just had surgery at Heartland Regional. All f the staff were wonderful. They are doing things to the best they can!
They do not call the patients families to inform them of when patient is going in for surgery or keep them updated ! Unreal ! They do not even verify that the patient had a ride home . Not to mention making sure the patient is numb before surgery! Pathetic care to our loved ones !!!! Not happy and I pray my family member never goes back there .

I have had several experiences some great some not as great but over all Heartland Regional is certainly trying! Most recently I had an angiogram done by Dr. Tellogory and his staff! There are no exact words how I feel about this incredible dr. Who chose to do this test before rushing me into surgery! I just wish all drs were like him! His staff at Heartland were incredible during this Covid Mess! Highly recommend Dr. Tellogory!

Can someone there please tell me why routine labs tests done at lourdes hospital would cost me $ 40 after insurance and the same tests done at HRMC costs over $400 after insurance? I mean, 425 for an A1c TEST THAT CAN BE DONE OVER THE COUNTER FOR 50$? Imean the blood draw was only 61.00 so it cannot be the price of the blood draw.... I will NEVER go to your facility again... you are not concerned with patient care ... ONLY PROFIT
They suck they neglect patients don’t take care of them
