We recently purchased a used campervan from Heart of England Motorhomes. The service provided, by all the staff, from our first enquiry to picking up the van was brilliant. Absolutely fabulous service. Our first motorhome purchase and it could not have went more smoothly and easily. Heart of England went above and beyond with the way they looked after us. Sam, Laura and Gemma made a very complex process as simple and as easy as possible. Very helpful staff, good range of coachbuilts and large van conversions but only one compact day van.
Nothing but trouble since I bought it, the drop down bed doesn’t work properly and never has since I bought it, been fobbed of so many times.
