Foley Building, the second building on the block designed by prolific Texas courthouse architect Eugene T. Heiner was buit in 1889. Much of the credit for the current state of the great building goes to former owner Lee Benner.

Love this place. They have awesome drinks! Order an old fashion here it is a must. Great apps &food from the goat cheese salad to the seafood pasta. Service isn't the best but its worth it :)
The food is great but not always consistent. The atmosphere is fantastic! Simone is part of the magic for this place, definitely ask for her! ( kinda seems like other employees are tired of hearing that...they should be a part of the magic too! ;) )
So very good! Great atmosphere/ambience! Drinks are amazing and the small plates are perfect for small appetites! Great value.
I am not one to leave a bad review but we received the worst service at this restaurant on Saturday evening. We reserved a private party for a group of 15. Pre-authorized with the events manager. We were really looking forward to having a great evening celebrating my best friend's birthday. However, our server made it clear from the very beginning that he was not interested in helping our table. It took almost an hour for our food to be delivered to our table after we ordered. The food was slightly good, the waitress was amazing!
Good: BLT and Mac n Cheese. Very tasty. Bad: Waiting 60 minutes for a cup of coffee during brunch service. Explanation given: "Everyone wants coffee and we keep running out" and "We keep running out of coffee cups". I can't wrap my head around why our waiter was surprised that there was a demand for coffee, during brunch hours, on a Sunday morning.
