Clarissa was fantastic. She made the ear suction process quick, painless, and comfortable. I hadn’t heard this clearly in years, what a difference! Highly recommend her for anyone dealing with blocked ears.
Excellent, very professional. my daughter had her ears blocked over 2 years. It was beyond what I expected. My daughter is diagnosed with autism spectrum, she needs to be explained to her how is the procedure, this calms her and her anxiety. She was treated by Vicente, a patient, very polite professional, he explained everything to her, the procedure was quick and painless. I’m very very thankful. I had an appointment to remove a build up of wax in both ears. I was running late but the clinic allowed me to move my appointment 15 minutes, which was nice. The procedure itself took no longer than 20 minutes and that included an indepth questionnaire. Everything about Hearology was very professional. I will definitely use them again. In fact, my wax removal included a free hearing test which I will be attending in the next few weeks!
