Avoid at all costs!!!!! An elderly lady has been waiting for a full refund Of nearly £2700 since January 7th, now it’s mid March!!!! No customer service what so ever! Rude and never ring you back or email as promised. We spoke to a director who was rude, no customer service and told me refunding this dear lady was not a priority to her then hung up on me.
