Very welcoming and explained everything clearly about what they were going to do. It was Tracey who did the microsuction procedure. She was very caring during the procedure and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable. Extremely satisfied with my treatment and would certainly recommend to family and friends.
Very kindly manged to get me booked in on the same day for two blocked ears which were driving me mad. The lady who sorted my ears (sorry I didn't catch your name) couldn't have been nicer and explained everything thoroughly. No discomfort and I felt I was in very good hands. Thank you again!
