I had my ear wax removed a couple of days ago. The girls where very professional but also great fun & jolly and got me sorted in no time. Lovely service . I recommend them highly to the residents of Willerby, Anlaby Kirkella and the surrounding areas.
I've had ear wax removal quite a few times from a number of providers, they've done the job, but the service Clare gave me this week was above and beyond. She's warm, gentle, highly skilled and a brilliant communicator. I'd had a terrible few days, not just with the blocked ear, when I went to see Clare but when left I was a changed person, not only could I hear better than ever before after wax removal, but the way she spoke to me and performed the procedure actually made me feel 'cared for'.
