I sent my hearing aid back for repair under warranty, I was told this had to go back to the supplier to be fixed. That was over three weeks ago, I’ve called the phone numbers but the mail box is full and I’ve sent multiple emails with no reply and even tried to book a consultation just to speak to someone but there aren’t any. I think this company has gone bust and I doubt I will ever get my hearing aid back, do not use this company.

Very quick service.
my dad recently bought me two 'BTE' (behind the ear) Sueno Pro S tinnitus masking aids from hearing direct and they had issues with importing it in time due to this being a spanish made product so they gave it on next day delivery as we had waited a week. these aids have given me some quality of life back and have helped my sanity so much,i live in a supported living service with the noisest neighbours-when 4 neighbours surounding you are all blasting out music and not caring who they afect the aids have helped me focus more... read more
Hearing Direct :AWSOME. Would highly recommend Knowledgeable staff, provide very prompt service, & replies to any email queries I had lost my ICC hearing aid, and contacted Hearing Direct & it was the best thing that could happened. The clarity of the Signia Silk 7nx is amazing, & the programming was spot on, having lost 3 in the canal aids ( moulded ) this hearing aid is much more secure the silicone sleeve makes it comfortable to wear, less likely to drop out and my voice doesn’t sound like I’m in a tunnel .
