My ears were blocked and in the session Laura was able to remove the wax from one but not the other, as it was too engrained. She advised me to keep oiling and come back a few days later. I did, and for no extra charge she was able to unblock the second ear. Excellent service and very professional
I recently contacted Hear Here to enquire about ear wax removal. The ear wax removal specialist, Laura, explained the process very clearly and answered all my questions. I subsequently visited the clinic at the Keep in Kempston which was easy to find and where there was ample parking. I was very impressed by the professional set up in the clinic and by Laura's professional approach. The treatment was painless and I am now totally free of ear wax.
