Saw Jayne today about a blocked ear. I've recently been diagnosed with an abscess infection in my jaw, she took a look and told me that both my inner ears were clean of any wax deposits but the ear i was having problems with was red and looked irritated possibly due to the tooth infection and me poking around for wax deposits. She said stop poking around in your ear as its clean of wax and to leave it alone and keep taking the antibiotics given for the tooth infection and my ear should get better within a few days. Had an appointment for ear wax removal with Jayne yesterday Can 100 per cent recommend this place, wonderful service Went in with very muffled .hearing and came out being able to hear absolutely everything Very satisfied customer, thank you Jayne I can now turn the sub titles off the tv and listen to the sound
A massive thank you to Jayne who whilst was not able to treat me due to infection, but was able to diagnose me with an ear infection and signpost me to get the correct medication to treat it. Jayne was very welcoming and friendly and did not charge for the consultation we had. Thank you again, it was much appreciated.
