I requested this test more than 6 weeks ago, no response, receipt or mention of when I should receive it. Money paid through PayPal and nothing since.. I just lodged a complaint and requested my money back.. I'm sad since I was really wanting this!

I have a conversation with Jesse this evening. I explained to him that my granddaughter was very sick and I wanted to upgrade to the Optimum test. Jesse gave me all the options available and was so kind and compassionate. His advice and help was instrumental in me deciding to do the upgrade. Thankyou Jesse for being such a big help to me during a really difficult time. You deserve a big pat on the back!! The whole process with the Sensitivity Tests has been so easy and we can't wait for the results.
