First time for me, was a bit apprehensive, but didn't need to be. What a lovely lady, she made me feel so at ease and is very knowledgeable. She is a qualified Audiologist. It was easy to park there too, which was a bonus. Would highly recommend for anything ear/hearing related.

Just wanted to say a huge thankyou to Sarah who from the start made me feel at ease as I was a little nervous my ears were a challenge but Sarah didn't give up I am extremely thankful for having my hearing back and the advise I was given. I would never go anywhere else thank you again Sarah
Fantastic! I managed to block my ears while on holiday and thanks to Sarah my hearing is better than ever!!
I went to see Sarah today to get my ears checked, and she was brilliant. She had a proper look and found that nothing needed doing, which was a relief. She also took the time to explain that the tube behind my eardrum was a bit congested and gave me some really useful advice on what to do about it. I was expecting a much bigger bill, but she only charged £10 for her time and expertise – which I thought was incredibly fair. Friendly, professional, and honest – I’d definitely recommend her.
