I was recommended here by a friend. I had sciatic pain which affected everything from driving, walking to playing sports. After a tailored regime to manage my pain I started to feel the pain reduce after a few weeks. After a few months I was back to playing sports and provided with a short training regime to stop and reoccurrence. I would recommend Mark to anyone who has back complaints.
Brilliant very satisfied with Mark should of gone to him sooner if I'm honest. After the 1st session things started to improve and after a few months I feel like a new person. Well and truly recommend Mark.

Helen was fabulous and set us at ease right from the start, quickly establishing establishing the nature of the problem with my daughters back and then providing lots of treatment advice and guidance for a holistic approach, followed by a thorough massage to treat the symptoms . After 8 to 10 weeks of sharp forearm pain, I finally booked an appointment with Mark at HB Clinics. He quickly assessed the issue and, incredibly, was able to almost completely stop the pain after just one session. I returned today for a second appointment, received more treatment, and was shown some aftercare exercises. I’m absolutely blown away by how quickly he sorted out my arm. I highly recommend anyone dealing with similar issues to visit HB Clinics — truly outstanding care!
