Always friendly and professional
Niro has been amazing and he’s really helped with chronic ankle issue I’ve had for more than 4 years and the improvement has been amazing. I wished I went to him earlier! I highly recommend anyone looking to better themselves with chronic issues to see Niro and his team!
I had my first sports massage with Frank and his expertise and, technique and advice made for a truly wonderful experience. Lots of knots in my neck and back due to a perpetual hunch over my desk were gently but firmly massaged and I left with stretches to continue to work on the problem areas. Healthwise was recommended by a friend and I am so happy I listened, it has a calm and friendly atmosphere and I was made to feel most welcome and comfortable from the moment I entered.
Highly recommend Frank. Not only does he do an amazing massage but he is delightful as well :)
Frank does an amazing job of really getting deep into the knots and loosening everything up. Not for the faint hearted but highly recommended for anyone who wants a proper sports massage and not just a relaxing stroke!
