Fast processing at reception, I arrived early and was moved up the list, settled in waiting area, offered coffee or tea, informed about the length of the wait. Radiographers polite, capable and efficient. ( I have long prothesis in both legs and they knew that I wouldn't fit on a single x-ray of each leg) I assume that they have access to previous x-rays that the radiographers at N&N don't have. Overall, free parking, great well qualified staff and generally pleasant people.
First couple of appointments were great (when it was healthshare) very quick results everything went through my GP and my results were available within a day or two. Since this last one went through a consultant (since its been Cora... coincidence???) I have been waiting since 18th of August for an ultrasound result with no clue as to when ill receive the result just that they're busy and not there... little bit disappointed I certainly found them better when they were healthshare...

Impossible to contact I have tried three numbers now and get the same message on each advising the licence limit has been reached , I used two separate phones to try and received that response on both and one was a landline
I found the receptionist at Cora Health in Norwich to be very unhelpful and dismissive. When I called for an update, she didn’t even let me finish giving my first name before cutting me off and saying, “we don’t have any clinics open, once we do we’ll let you know,” and then tried to end the call. I had to stop her and ask her to actually check my details. Only then did she mention that the waiting list is at 62, without giving any timeline or proper explanation.
