My mother received a GP referral for an ultrasound scan. She does not speak English, so I called the clinic to book her appointment. My mother was with me during the call. Not a good result on a simple procedure hand surgery in fact it was appalling i wish i had gone elsewhere where the surgeon knew what was required i will have to have corrective surgery. Just don't go there
Not impressed. Trying to book my annual MRI scan and was told they are trying to find a Radiologist to do it. This is my second phone call in about 7 days re a fairly urgent Prostate Cancer issue.
Arrived early, was seen early and everyone was friendly and professional.
