I saw this lady last week with the most awful lower back and hip pain. To say she was thorough is an understatement. I had the most comprehensive examination and lots of answers to my problems. Her knowledge is impeccable and am seeing her again next week for more treatment. I had seen a physiotherapist the week before. Exactly the same price. But there was no comparison. The physio did not examine or test the same as Helena. I really felt that she was so thorough and so professional. And I will return.
