Ordered medication on the 8/6/23 now 15/6/23 nothing sent to chemist for me to collect when I phone doctors I cannot always get through the same day last time it took 2 days to get through and speak to someone I’m 77 disabled and in constant pain 24 hours a day you need to sought out your service out not good enough for people’s health.

I went twice to the K-BB Continence Clinic due to overactive bladder caused by medication. At the follow up the lady barely recognised me and was just interested in updating my history on the pc. Didn't answer my questions, it was just a box ticking exercise. She gave me another follow up but what for? I will lodge a formal complaint.

Easily the worse GP i’ve ever experienced. Cant even get any appointments, and they just say “Book another time”

Rubbish Gp receptionist are so so so rude shouting and yelling . They are telling we don’t have have any appointments go change u r Gp we can’t help you . Everyday this happens no one helps u or give u appointment fed up with it .if u don’t have appointments for us they why u r registering new patients tell them in Beginning we don’t have enough dr we can’t help u. I think this Gp should get closed useless Gp and a very bad experience with it
