I was turned away at 7:53 because they close at 8:00. If you advertise walk in until 8:00, you should take people until 8:00! Build it into your employees schedules to stay later than that, or say you close at 7:00. I find it to be extremely unethical for a health provider to turn someone away because your closing in 7 minutes. I will NEVER consider this place again.
I had my blood pressure taken and it was very high so I went to ss hospital. This was the only treatment I received. My insurance paid $200 and I was billed another $200. I wrote a letter asking them to dissolve the bill because I didn't receive any treatment and the reason I went was to have a ring cut off my finger. I'm still getting bills and threats of collection
Nice people here. Very professional, but wish they were more clear on their diagnosis since when you have a stroke, I have been told professionally as well as having read up on same recently that it can only occur on one side not both. Also, wish they were more up front about not willing to offer a prescription when if CVS Minute Clinic were open, I would have had what I needed... :/ Still, very nice and professional people...
Refused to see my mum because she didn't have her driver's license with her.
Website states they close at 8pm. At 7:38pm they refuse to take patients because it takes 1/2 hour to register and said there is no provider on site. Also misdiagnosed my children twice now. Poor service
Doctors tried to prescribe my 75 yr old mother levaquin for a uti. Had to call back and let them know about the new restrictions put on these dangerous fluoroquinolones last year by the FDA that they are NOT to be given out for uti, sinus infections etc there are 2 black box warnings on these as well. Obviously these doctors are not aware of this and could have seriously hurt my mother . These drugs are only to be used if there is NO other option and someone is pretty much going to die ..please get caught up on these regulat... read more
