Very upset - this is the 3rd time I have turned away because you aren't seeing patients because of the time. 1st time at 7:52 - ok I let that go and now twice at 7:30. What do you think will happen if you continue to do this? Either change your hours or policies because I for one will not only NEVER use this facility again. My family has had two great experiences. In the fall my son came home from football and mentioned he had scraped his knee and it was sore. We put some anti bacterial cream on it and thought we were good. The next day after football practice my son's knee was swollen all around the knee. Rather than go to the emergency room we went to Health Express in Pembroke. Before I was done completing the registration tey had my son on an IV.
