I LOVE Health Express - My family and I seem to be "frequent flyers" and all of our experiences have been wonderful. The fact that you can go and get an xray and a preliminary read within minutes and then are handed a disc with the xray to bring to your orthopedic=priceless. I'm a HUGE fan and highly recommend Health Express!!!
I chose to go here on Wednesday so I could get my sickness taken care of before it got out of hand and all they prescribed me was 800 milligram ibuprofen. The diagnosis was double ear infection (green coming out of my tubes), sore throat, and a cold. I have a cough too. Now I feel worse. The doctor told me to buy over the counter nose spray which you all know most doctors tell you not to use. Oh well, I guess it's nightquil and nose spray for me. I went to the one in Braintree.
Visited the Abington location for the first time this morning for a cold that was getting worse not better. They diagnosed it as a sinus infection and prescribed me some antibiotics. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Everyone was kind and professional and the space itself is very clean. Great resource to have in the area, especially since my primary care is over 30 minutes away!
Did a good job diagnosing and treating my daughters ankle sprain. However, charged us $143 for a $10 ankle brace. Cost more than the X-ray and isn't covered by insurance.
Always quick, kind. and clean. Give them more business than I'd like to, but very glad they are there.
Short wait, friendly knowledgable staff and great care provided.
Save your money an go elsewhere. Went in because of an outer ear infection. Doctor prescribed me oral antibiotics and meds for pain. Two days larer, it was not improving but had gotten so bad I couldn't sleep or eat because I couldn't close my jaw. Went back and another doctor saw me. Said that they gave me wrong antibiotics and I needed some in form of ear drops but told me pain meds weren't necessary. Then why would you give them to me in the first place but not when the problem got twice as bad?? You're incompetent at you... read more
Always fast, courteous service. Co-pay is a little higher because it's considered a specialty but much cheaper and faster than an ER visit.
