RecommendedWonderful clinic to visit when you aren’t able to get to your doctor after hours. The staff is super nice and you are always taken care of.
Total lockdown. Not allowed out of bed even to use toilet. Elderly black women in dark blue uniforms called “sitters” are on throughout the night and very abusive. Will never go to that hospital again. I was there for hernia surgery. Got dehydrated because I was not allowed anything to drink because I urinated every two hours requiring nursing staff to shut off alarms and let me use commode next to bed which they never emptied so they put a catheter in but had it shutoff and I was screaming in pain. RecommendedThank you to all the nurses up on Pratt 4 especially Hannah, Sarah, and Doreen. I was hospitalized for 4 nights and I am forever grateful for the nursing team that looked after me during my stay there and cared so much about my well being.
