The providers in both Pembroke and Kingston decided to leave early, leaving no one to see my sick two year old. If you need good service, take the extra time to go to Carewell in Norwell. They are open later on the weekends and their providers are always there until they close. Not to mention is also illegal for them to have the doors open with no provider working. Horrible
Don’t go by their posted hours, if the provider feels like leaving before they officially close, they’ll just stop seeing patients early and turn away sick kids. And the receptionist will have no problem being a nasty witch about it either. Absolutely disgusting.
RecommendedBrought my father for an injured wrist to the Quincy Health Express. We were treated , X-ray within the hr!! Very nice friendly staff & very professional!!
Waiting was minimal. The doctor was excellent does x-ray on site people were so nice there.
Service was quick, location near home, employees were terrific and it saved me time not having to drive to emergency room. Way to go, Health Express!
It was my first time at Health Express and I was pleasantly surprised how friendly and professional the staff was. The environment was clean and inviting. It can be challenging taking a child to a place they have not been to before but this place definitely made the process easier! Thank You!
I came here for a pre-employment drug screening and TB test, the staff was helpful and friendly. The technician and two doctors I saw were polite, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend health express.
First time at health express and would recommend them. Was in diagnosed and on my way with a prescription that I needed with. 1/2 hour. I’ll be back if I ever need to!
