Visiting from out of town and got a knee injury. Clinic was in network. Excellent staff and doctor. Got me referred to an in network hospital and imaging and a total of 2 hours start to finish for both!
Visited health care express last night for a laceration to my face in the corner of my eye. Insurance paperwork was handled quickly and worry free, staff was friendly, PA was knowledgeable and professional, and the overall care was great.

Every person I dealt with, the receptionist, PA, X-ray tech and doctor, was courteous, professional, and helpful. Wait times were very short. I was very pleased with this experience.
I waited one hour forty-five minutes to see a doctor. Didn’t mind waiting in waiting room but forty-five minutes in consulting room a bit much. When I opened the door noticed other waiting rooms empty and people standing around. Dr on computer, one person in waiting room, receptionist getting hair braided by other employee. I was told they were sorry for delay but things were very hectic. I got a refund and went elsewhere. I will not be back and will warn others to seek health care elsewhere. Horrible experience!
I was seen promptly and the staff were kind and efficient. I appreciate having the Abington Health Express there for me.
