Very accommodating but I am still sick. Also having adverse reaction to medication. Waiting for my primary care doctor for change in medication.
I had a perfect experience when I went there last Saturday morning. While it was busy, I was greeted courteously and promptly taken to an exam room. My wait for a practitioner was not long at all. She was professional, caring and competent. She diagnosed my problem and called in meds to my pharmacy. I could not be more pleased with my experience and I highly recommend the Plymouth location of Health Express!

Although the doctor was wonderful ( his name was chris but I don’t remember his last name) the receptionist was incredibly RUDE. I’m in the medical field myself and work at 2 doctors offices and I’ve NEVER witnessed such unprofessional, rude , and uncaring behavior in my life . I wish I remembered her name . They have X-ray, some blood draws, labs and strep and flu tests. Also medical cards are available

I have been extremely happy with the care and concern I have received. If you need to see your Dr but are unable to wait for an appointment then just pop into your car and go. No appointment necessary.
