Josephine has been a great help through a couple of different periods in the last few years with various issues. She has helped me regain confidence I had lost and help me manage stress in particular. She is so friendly and helpful and a good sounding board. I always finish a session feeling much better than when I started and definitely more relaxed.

Josie is amazing! I have been working with her for over 5 years now, mostly for Shiatsu but my wife and I have also had Hypnotherapy with her. My wife did the stop smoking Hypnotherapy and instantly stopped and hasn't had a ciggy since - that was over a year ago! I see Josie for regular Shiatsu sessions and would highly recommend them for general wellness and for help with any aches and pains

I’ve been working with Josie for quite a while now, focusing on hypnotherapy and shiatsu. She has made a massive difference for me and has really helped me work through some of my problems, both emotionally and physically. She is a genuine and lovely person who keeps professional while still creating the atmosphere that you are talking to a life long friend. I could not imagine where I would be without Josie and am truly grateful for all the work she does for me. I would recommend Josie without question!
