Amazing! I went with a horrible headache, that I had been in hospital for 4 days, with no help to relieve. After my 1st session, I felt relief and as I had the next few, my headaches went. I will carry on with this treatment!!
I had a Reflexology session with Tessa. I was very pleased indeed. I was impressed with her knowledge and am looking forward to my next session. It was so good to link with a like minded therapist.
I regularly visit Tessa for reflexology treatments and my only regret is that I didn't hear about her sooner. Tessa is a fully qualified therapist, which was very important to me, for reflexology as well as Indian Head Massage and Reiki. I have seen her about a number of health issues all of which have improved as a result of reflexology treatments at Tessa's treatment room in the Ore Centre in Hastings. I have no hesitation in recommending Tessa to everyone I know - she has certainly improved my health and wellbeing!
