Staff efficient and courteous as always. Used to be a very good GP surgery, but since becoming health and beyond, not so good. As all GP surgeries nowadays it's difficult to get to see a doctor.

Not happy with surgery I have had a on going health problem since last year,the GP i saw first was nice and understanding and inform me if the medication he gave me wasn't helping to get in contact with surgery and make a appointment to see him,I still.work 12 hr shifts so clearly impossible to ring at 8 in morning when this gp only works Monday and Tuesdays I have visited my surgery today requesting a appointment to see this doctor again has he knows what is going on with problem and medication the receptionist was not very... read more

Just wanted to give a shout out to Krystian and Bartek, they are both a credit to the company. I don't usually visit the surgery very often (Bradley Medical Centre), but unfortunately, recently I have had several visits to both Practitioners. I can honestly say, you are met with both professionalism and compassion! Both are very thorough in their diagnosis, they take time to listen and explain your condition. Such a shame that the family practise Dr Lal worked hard to achieve has gone to waste. Heath and beyond is a joke! Can never get through for hours on phone, go in to try book an appointment and after being open for all of 5 minutes, appointments have gone. Receptionists are so rude! If you need to see the asthma nurse, they constantly cancel your appointments. Do doctors actually do a full day work here or sit laughing at us all trying to get appointments??
