I called to cancel my insurance with them December 13th or 14th and kept getting bills finally called them back just to find out that I had to pay $330 because somebody in the system did an override on my date that I called to cancel and bumped it to January 31st so now I got stuck paying for a month of insurance that was way overpriced because of somebody in their systems mistake. Outrageous premiums, extremely high deductibles, and sub par coverage. Please find another company. These people don't deserve your business.

Worst insurance I have ever carried. I can't find a provider in my area for my daughter or myself. Can't get any answers online, calling into the agency is even worse. Can't wait to be able to drop and move on. I would not suggest this insurance company to anyone.

It is really sad that you would deny a snf request for an 85 yr old with recent hip surgery, confusion and who lives alone. We will file DOI complaint against your company.

They double charged me one month and i had to call to get it refunded back. The next month they didn't charge me at all and i had to call again to find out that they cancelled my auto pay. I asked if they could reactivate it, the lady told me that the only way to do that is online, however i managed to do it over the phone before. I don't even have a online account. Very poor customer service.
