My surgery has been scheduled for over a month and I just received word that despite having a highly skilled surgeon tell me that surgery was necessary, I am denied. And on top of all of that, Health Alliance points the finger at Evicore because they are the ones that make the decisions. I don't pay my premiums to Evicore, I pay them to Health Alliance, this is not okay.

4 minutes on hold (not too bad these days) then a req. member id (customary) then forwarded to some unknown line to wait 10 minutes and finally get a voice-mail. Now I'm wondering how long before I get a call back. Why bother? I have a notice from health care provider: "Please Notify Your Insurance Company Regarding the Procedure you have scheduled." C'est la vie et morte

I have been waiting for weeks for a test my dr ordered, that i clearly need as i have been having issues. Every time i call to see what is going on i get a totally different story. If I could give "0" stars I would!! This is absolutely the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with!
